My housemate, Kay, said that she wanted a sensory recording made so she re-enjoy at her leisure. I think that’s a seal of approval! Actually, it Was pretty good… I used some red snapper for the fish. It’s moist, but it also ha a little bit of firmness, or body, that I think is always nice. Hope you are cooking well, and loving life!
